Prior to founding CalcGuard, Tim Sargent founded Quantitative Services Group (QSG) in 2001 and served as its President and CEO. In 2011, Tim sold QSG to Markit Group Ltd. and led their global index group. Before QSG, he developed DLJ’s global quant trading group. Prior leadership roles at Northern Trust, Merrill Lynch and Salomon Brothers.

Before joining CalcGuard, he was Senior Vice President of Strategic Research focusing on Protocol Engineering and Standards at Itiviti Group AB, following acquisition of The LaSalle Technology Group, LLC in 2015, which he co-founded in 2006.
